Job summary

LeoForce in California is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee all stages of land development projects, from design to completion. This permanent role requires strong project management skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed PE or EIT with at least 3 years of civil engineering experience, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a licensed professional engineer (PE) or have passed the Engineer in Training (EIT) exam.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Utilize AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed land development designs.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals on planning and design.
• Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections and audits for compliance.
• Provide expert solutions to engineering challenges.
