This is an opportunity to manage and deliver complex land development projects for key clients and play a role in the rapid expansion of our presence in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.* This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point areas of North Carolina* Develop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for a variety of clients* Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion* Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects* Present proposals to clients, interviewing for projects, and selecting project teams* Determine major project design decisions in conjunction with client**Essential Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering field of study* Registered as a Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina* Experienced with design, construction and management of land development and/or municipal projects* Demonstrated experience in client management; ability to lead and mentor staff**Preferred Qualifications:*** Minimum of ten (10) years previous experience* Previous experience managing land development projects* Previous experience managing a staff and serving as a technical mentor for junior level staff* Current affiliation and/or membership with local, state or national Civil Engineering societies and associations**Who We Are**Better Places.
