Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil engineering experience, especially on large-scale projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license pursuing or expected within 12 months.
• Experience managing design deliverable quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil due diligence for site conditions.

• Manage civil permitting across jurisdictions.
• Support construction with contractor oversight.
