talisman in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join its growing civil design practice. You will support full project lifecycles across civil and environmental projects, including design, permitting, and report writing, as well as construction-phase field engineering.

Core tasks include hydraulic modeling, erosion controls, watershed assessments, and development of permit and construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or willingness to reciprocity in western states.
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Support the full project lifecycle across civil and environmental projects, including design and permitting.
• Contribute to proposal and report writing and construction-phase field engineering.
• Interface directly with clients and contractors to manage project delivery from start to finish.
• Travel up to 25% for field assignments, construction support, and inspections.
• Plan, design, and oversee industrial and infrastructure projects as needed.
