Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior Civil Engineer to oversee lifecycle management of civil infrastructure on Army installations, including utilities and fiber deployments. Qualifications

12+ years of civil engineering for Federal, DoD, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
8+ years of site development, utilities design, construction oversight, or complex engineering integration experience.
Experience coordinating across multiple sites and stakeholders in high-complexity environments.
Ability to develop planning and programming documents for construction and real property improvements.

Responsibilities

Oversee life cycle of civil infrastructure projects for Army installations.
Plan, design, and modify physical infrastructure and sites, including utilities and fiber installations.
Lead site preparation and restoration to original condition or better after task completion.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and risk management during modernization.
