Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control of work and institute procedures to meet client expectations and brand standards.
• Manage client relationships within the division to ensure satisfaction on current and future projects.
• Lead the sales function to maintain a full project pipeline.
• Direct and manage division HR: forecasting needs, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Schedule resources to balance man-hours and skills with project needs.
• Develop and mentor team members to maximize potential and ensure project success.
• Coordinate design and construction documents in line with firm philosophy and permitting requirements.
• Guide project teams and contractors, resolving issues and mitigating risks throughout the lifecycle.
