Job summary

Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for large, forward-thinking clients, including hyperscale data center campuses and colocation facilities across the U.S. The Senior Civil Engineer will drive projects as a PM or lead designer, preparing design documents and calculations while coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.

The role offers flexible work options (hybrid or fully remote across various US locations) and opportunities to influence major infrastructure projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Must be a registered professional engineer (PE).
• Proficiency in Civil 3D is required.
• 8+ years of related project experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager on select projects and lead design engineer on others.
• Prepare planning and design documents and design calculations.
• Coordinate with Olsson teams, staff, clients, and consultants.
• Lead QA/QC and provide guidance on complex projects.
