Olsson is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Data Center Civil Team, contributing to large, engineering-driven projects across the U.S. You may act as a project manager on some engagements and a lead design engineer on others.

Prepare planning and design documents, calculations, and maintain client/office standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. This role supports flexible work options, including hybrid or remote arrangements across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Must be a registered professional engineer
• Proficiency in Civil 3D
• 8+ years of related project experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager on select projects and lead design efforts on others.
• Prepare planning and design documents and design calculations.
• Develop and maintain team and client standards.
• Coordinate with Olsson teams, staff, clients, and consultants.
• Oversee QA/QC activities.
