Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Senior Civil Engineer I/II with dam experience for in-person work in Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction, Durango, or Gunnison, CO. The role centers on embankment dam design, safety evaluations, and regulatory compliance, with leadership over junior engineers and project teams.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, project scoping, and QA/QC. Requires Colorado PE eligibility within 90 days; 12–22 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field is required.
• Colorado PE license or ability to obtain by reciprocity within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Develop project scopes and budgets with limited input.
• Lead proposals and business development efforts.
• Serve as client service manager and build client relationships.
• Manage scope, budget and schedule for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform higher-level problem solving.
