Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to support projects from commercial pad sites and data centers to large master-planned communities and municipal infrastructure for public agencies.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will define scope, schedule, and budgets; oversee quality processes; guide and mentor team members; and deliver preliminary designs, final drawings, construction support, and close‑out services for site development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience with community development projects.
• Strong design and technical leadership across land development/infrastructure.
• Experience with public authorities codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and coordination of site development projects from feasibility to close‑out.
• Prepare design drawings, calculations, specifications and cost estimates.
• Mentor engineers and support project management across teams.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, and regulators to ensure on-time delivery.
