Job description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial site development projects across Georgia. This role is ideal for a well‑rounded civil professional with 10+ years of experience in site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater design, permitting, and coordination with local jurisdictions. The position is partially billable, with responsibilities split between hands‑on design work and broader project oversight.

The Civil Engineer will develop and refine civil site plans, prepare construction documents, perform due‑diligence and code research, and collaborate closely with architects, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines. Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus, though not required — the right candidate will naturally contribute to team development through technical guidance and quality review.
