Job summary

Moonrise is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead design and project delivery across municipal, commercial, and industrial developments in Florida, including Tampa, Pensacola, and other sites. You will manage design teams, coordinate permitting, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 7+ years of experience in consulting, strong leadership, and proficiency with CAD/Civil 3D. Travel regionally is expected to support diverse projects and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of civil engineering design experience, preferably in consulting.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience designing projects for municipal, commercial, or industrial clients.
• Proficiency with CAD or civil engineering design software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
