We offer a hybrid work model with in-office three days a week to foster collaboration and growth. A PE license in Texas is preferred or the ability to file within 1 year, with 5–10 years of land development experience and proficiency in HydroCAD, SewerGEMS, HEC-RAS, and Civil 3D.
