Job summary

Pennoni is hiring a Senior Civil Designer for our Haddon Heights, NJ office. This full-time role contributes to Site/Civil and municipal engineering projects, performing design and drafting tasks to create complete site/civil plan sets.

The position requires CAD drafting with Civil 3D, strong knowledge of zoning and site feasibility, and the ability to mentor other staff while meeting schedules and client needs. A valid driver's license is required for field work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Civil Design and/or Civil Drafting.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAD Drafting with AutoDesk Civil 3D using survey field data.
• Prepare Site/Civil plans including demolition, site layout, grading, utility and SWM/E&S plans, road profiles and sections.
• Provide cut/fill volume computations and quality mentorship to staff.
