Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of civil design experience.
• Current Texas PE license.
• Experience with municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for local municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Manage civil engineering design from concept through completion, including plans, specs, coordination with agencies, permitting, and bid documents.
• Lead problem-solving across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate design, client, and construction meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule detailed phases of civil design while maintaining quality, budget, schedule.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business.
• Support proposal/marketing, project and practice management, and client involvement where appropriate.
