Kleinfelder is seeking a Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager to join our expanding southeast engineering team. This hybrid office role can be based in Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC, with opportunities across the region.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience, a PE, and strong leadership to drive multi-disciplinary projects and client value. Responsibilities include leading project execution, proposal development, and resource allocation while growing client relationships and

• Manage project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery quality.
• Oversee pursuits, allocate resources, define client needs, address concerns and propose solutions.
• Lead technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and drive client value.
• Nurture and grow client relationships.
• Support the career development goals of professional staff.

Kleinfelder is looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager to join our expanding southeast engineering team. With growing opportunities in the region and a variety of clients, the ideal candidate will join our high achieving, fast-paced team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team are valued attributes for this position. The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature, but experience in traditional industrial/commercial land development, renewables, utility infrastructure, and/or mining is especially relevant.

This is a hybrid office role and can be based in:

• Raleigh, NC
• Charlotte, NC

Key responsibilities include:

• Ability to target and generate new opportunities
• Managing project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery quality
• Overseeing pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns and suggest solutions to solve project challenges
• Leading technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and driving customer value
• Nurturing and growing client relationships
• Supporting the achievement of professional staffs’ career goals

Education/Certification:

• Required, Bachelor of Science Degreein Engineering
• Required, Professional Engineer (PE)

Skills & Experience:
