The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in defending General Liability claims and holds a California Bar license. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience defending General Liability and/or Personal Injury claims.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience in litigation strategy, client communication, and courtroom appearances.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full caseload of civil defense matters.
• Handle all phases of litigation pleadings, discovery, and trial prep.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and mentor junior attorneys.
