Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Physical ability for site inspections and extensive field work with PPE.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, medical, and background checks.
• Must have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil field construction operations, ensuring safe execution, quality, and schedule alignment.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule work; determine staffing needs and monitor progress.
• Ensure current design documents and changes are implemented before work proceeds.
• Supervise craft, personnel, and subcontractor activities to meet specs and project requirements.
• Prepare schedules, methods, and execution plans; conduct constructability reviews.
• Approve craft time records and manage materials to support productivity.
• Enforce safety codes and coordinate with other disciplines and client representatives.
• Conduct employee reviews and identify training needs.
