Job summary

Gerber Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex civil projects from start to finish, including water/wastewater or river diversions. You will mentor PMs and engineers, coordinate with subcontractors, and report to ownership and stakeholders.

This high-level role requires 10–15 years of PM experience, a bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering, and strong leadership and scheduling skills to ensure safety, quality, and performance on time and within

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Civil Construction PM experience.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $10M–$200M.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project documentation, scheduling, and CM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil construction projects from start to finish.
• Mentor PMs, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Lead project reviews, financial tracking, and owner/agency updates.
• Represent the company in discussions with owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Support project execution and ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets.
