Job summary

Saiia Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead Civil and Construction projects near Birmingham, AL. You will manage change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedules to ensure quality, profitability, safety and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, subcontractors and vendors; overseeing on-site supervision; and ensuring compliance with project policies while maintaining strong communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years previous experience in an equivalent position.

Responsibilities

• Maintains focus on meeting client needs and expectations across projects.
• Plans, staffs key field positions with leadership.
• Establishes project objectives and performance standards within policy.
• Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests.
• Coordinates project activities to align with schedule and policy.
• Travel to various site locations as required (50%).
