Job summary

Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, you will develop grading, utilities, and construction documentation while coordinating with engineers and PMs. You will mentor CAD users, enforce standards, manage workflow milestones, and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience with land development design, grading and utilities
• Strong CAD documentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Lead drawing quality for Land Development Plans and Exhibits
• Coordinate CAD files with Engineers, Designers, and PMs
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, budgets and standards
• Mentor CAD users and enforce CAD standards
