Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer in Tempe, AZ seeks a Senior Civil 3D Designer to design and produce contract documents for water and wastewater facilities. You will prepare plan and profile drawings, site layouts, grading, and stormwater system details, coordinating with Engineers and other designers to ensure CAD standard compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in AutoCAD and Civil 3D with strong collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams; Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
• Autodesk Revit experience is a plus.
• Experience delivering multi-year projects in cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plan and profile drawings for pressure and gravity pipe networks.
• Prepare site layouts, enlarged plans, sections, and details for civil layouts and yard piping systems.
• Execute civil/site design elements including site layouts, grading, paving, yard piping, roadways, and stormwater systems.
• Incorporate red lines from Engineers and Assistant Engineers.
• Ensure drawing compliance with company CAD standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other designers; manage time reporting daily.

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Senior Civil 3D Designer. This position will include the design and production of contract documents for various Water and Wastewater facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to prepare plan and profile design drawings for both pressure and gravity pipe networksfor local utilities and conveyance piping
• Ability to prepare site layouts, enlarged plans, sections, and details for various and civil site layoutsand yard piping systems

Qualifications:
