Job summary

Responsibilities span program management, delivery, planning, and cross-functional collaboration; travel up to 20% may be required to support client work and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Five years of experience in program or project management, public policy, public administration, change management, or related subject matter expertise.
• Master's degree preferred; additional education may substitute for experience or vice versa.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary programmatic point of contact for clients, reporting to leadership on progress and issues.
• Provide full-cycle project management for assigned jurisdictions and programs, including scoping, scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Analyze program performance data and present findings and recommendations to public sector leaders and funders.
• Provide direct technical assistance to client teams in design, development, and implementation of services, tools, and platforms.
• Lead regular check-ins, give guidance, and adapt strategies to achieve program goals.
• Teach skills and approaches to public sector teams and support them through the program to achieve resident impact.
• Perform strategic reviews of performance; propose solutions and develop strategies to improve trends.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to curriculum design, trainings, workshops, and meetings with clients and partners.
• Lead preparation and presentation of reports and summaries for dissemination to leadership and external partners, including funders.
• Develop and implement strategies that scale solutions and drive impact across program objectives.
• Plan, develop, and deliver program workstreams including outreach, QA, procurement, and communications; coordinate with partners.
• Contribute to Center-wide initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams on scope, resources, and timelines.
