Job summary

SEARHC seeks a Senior CVSA to lead design, implementation, and support of Windows Virtual Desktop environments and Citrix ADC for application delivery and load balancing. You will guide virtualization initiatives, participate in enterprise architecture alignment, and provide high-level technical leadership across teams in Southeast Alaska.

The role requires extensive experience with Nutanix/VMware, Citrix, and healthcare-regulated environments, plus strong communication skills and leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering, implementing and supporting dispersed enterprise-level virtualization (Nutanix/VMware).
• 10+ years with Citrix-based solutions.
• 7+ years designing and maintaining secure processing environments per U.S. healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops hosted Windows desktop infrastructure and load balancing environments.
• Monitors incident response alerts affecting infrastructure and business ops.
• Documents and manages work via ticketing and change control processes.
• Performs deployment, maintenance, upgrading and troubleshooting.
