Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Network Administration experience with design, deployment and management of network infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent).
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or higher certification.
• Experience implementing security hardening per CIS/NIST/STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and execute IT network solution projects and upgrades.
• Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies to improve performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot network performance and optimize throughput.
• Maintain firmware updates, patch management, and hardware replacements.
• Develop and enforce network security policies and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
