Job summary

CDW is seeking an experienced Cisco ISE Engineer to support a federal civilian customer on Capitol Hill, Washington, DC. The role is onsite full-time, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, with a pay range of $140,000–$155,000 and a 10% bonus target. You will administer and troubleshoot Cisco ISE, manage 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+ and certificate-based authentication, and coordinate with AD, PKI, and security teams.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance are required, CCNP or SISE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Cisco ISE administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, NAC and AD integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Cisco ISE operations and support.
• Troubleshoot AAA issues and authenticate/authorize connectivity.
• Configure and support 802.1X, MAB, RADIUS, TACACS+ and cert-based auth.
• Monitor platform health, node performance, and system alerts.
• Perform upgrades, patching, backups, and certificate management.
• Collaborate with AD, PKI, and security teams on integrations.
• Assist with network infrastructure changes and incident response.
