Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) invites applications for a Circuit Card Designer in Dallas, Texas. You will design circuit cards for power electronics, work with packaging and systems engineers, and test and integrate designs in the lab.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of experience, experience with Xpedition and Cadence PSpice, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; on-site work three days per week with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Eight+ years of professional experience in circuit card design, integration and test for power electronics.
• Experience with Siemens Xpedition for schematic capture.
• Experience with Cadence PSpice for circuit simulation and analysis.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (US Citizenship Required).
• Ability to work on site 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing circuit card designs for cutting edge systems.
• Collaborating with electronic packaging engineers and systems engineers.
• Creating breadboard and brass board designs to fit the form factor.
• Working in a lab environment to test, evaluate, and integrate board designs.
• Utilizing schematic capture and board layout tools.
