Qualifications

• 5 years' minimum SWCC experience within the last ten years.
• SWCC Senior qualification per COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOUR INST 3120.3e.
• Naval Intel Analyst experience at JSOTF/SOJTF/JSOC/TSOC level preferred.
• 2 years' experience using Naval Surface Maritime Mission Planning and CIP/COP tools.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance. Contractor shall verify clearance status prior to proposal submission.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on standardization/modernization of Mission Planning and CIP/COP curriculum.
• Develop and standardize training material, training aids, planning processes, and Surface Maritime exercise planning procedures.
• Provide SME regarding combat systems integration of mission management tools.
• Acquire knowledge of new/emerging technologies and assist in design/development/management/instruction of new curriculum and doctrine.
• Manage, modernize, and instruct Surface Maritime Mission Management Tool curriculums.
• Design and develop new curriculum for emerging technologies and management tools.
