Job summary

Telum Corporation in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Communications Capabilities Instructor with a salary range starting at $92,000 per year plus benefits. The role requires Secret clearance and extensive SWCC experience.

You will deliver advanced instruction on current and emerging communications and navigation technologies, assist with curriculum development, scheduling, and logistics, and support integration of Blue Force Trackers and crypto management within training programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of five years’ experience within the last ten years as a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC), with achievement of SWCC Senior qualification in accordance with COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOURINST 3120.3E. Applicant’s SWCC Senior qualification must not have been removed for administrative or disciplinary reasons.
• 5 years’ experience as NAVY/NSW Instructor. Instructors will support or augment active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise, echelon IV level combat systems integration efforts, scheduling/planning, classroom instruction, practical field training, final training exercises, troop movements, consumable supply management and performance as opposing forces (OP4), as necessary
