Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Senior CI Officer to join our team!

Overall Assignment Description:

• Ensure CI collaboration and communication between the NGA Office of Counterintelligence and NGA Key Component leadership.
• Provide executive-level CI guidance to NGA Key Component leadership.
• Lead CI education, awareness, and training for NGA Key Component audiences.
• Embed within major NGA Directorates, collaborating closely with their leadership for CI support.

Duties may include:

• Conduct daily/weekly CI briefings, issue updates, discussions, debriefings, and educational sessions.
• Deliver monthly threat briefings and awareness presentations at directorate and office meetings.

Skills and Experience:

Required

• Minimum 15 years of CI experience.
• Experience developing presentations and briefing diverse audiences.
• Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI Academy).
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis/Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Foundational defensive CI experience, including investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, and training.

Desired

• At least 5 years of executive-level CI leadership experience, including managing budgets, policies, manpower, and programs.
• Post-graduate degree in relevant fields.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret security clearance is required.
