Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Senior Counterintelligence and HUMINT Operations Officer to lead investigations, conduct interviews, and perform site surveys of government facilities and archives related to Historical Record reporting. You will develop assessments to inform senior policymakers and manage sensitive information under DoD and congressional oversight guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting comprehensive records reviews of U.S. government agencies, including archived and classified materials, for information about UAP activities.
• Experience liaising with the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) and federal counterintelligence and security counterparts.
• Experience interviewing, eliciting information, and assessing the reliability of witnesses, including in sensitive or classified contexts.
• Knowledge of congressional mandates for special reviews, including those tied to historical reporting and sensitive government programs.
• Ability to synthesize findings for incorporation in technical reports and congressional deliverables and prepare detailed documentation, summaries, and input for congressionally mandated reports such as the Historical Record Report.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, assessments, and intelligence products to provide actionable intelligence and context for clients.
• Conduct interviews with government personnel, contractors, and service members; perform site surveys of classified or sensitive areas.
• Validate information and develop tradecraft; advise senior policymakers with time-critical recommendations.
