Oteemo Inc. seeks a hands-on CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to lead modernization of legacy C/C++ systems and GitLab migration initiatives. You will design modular build capabilities, implement CI/CD pipelines, and guide engineering practices across enterprise-wide deployments.

You will work with multiple programs on a steering committee to ensure architecture aligns with stakeholder requirements, enabling scalable, secure software delivery.

Formación

• Must possess Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Deep experience managing large legacy C/C++ code bases.
• Expert-level knowledge of Make for C/C++ projects.
• Proven ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines including unit testing.
• Experience with automated SBOMs and static code analysis.
• Ability to orchestrate build stages and automate workflows.
• Proficiency with Bash for automation and builds.
• Experience managing complex dependencies in large legacy systems.
• Strong foundation in software design patterns and best practices.
• Ability to decompose legacy monoliths into modular components.
• Skills to extract and deliver smaller components in isolation.
• Understanding of legacy code base strategies and refactor approaches.
• Track record of streamlining and accelerating software delivery.
• Experience migrating from legacy SCM tools to GitLab (Gerrit, Jenkins, etc.).
• Ability to integrate code from multiple partners/sources.
• Experience adopting enterprise tooling standards.
