Job summary

Catholic Charities West Michigan is seeking a Child Welfare Supervisor to hire, train, and supervise staff across foster care, adoption, and licensing. You will ensure compliance with licensing rules and health service regulations, and promote timely permanence for referred children.

You will read reports and track statistics to evaluate program performance. Responsibilities include data management, reporting, coordinating foster-family training, and providing after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to child welfare and three years of experience in a child welfare agency or related setting.
• Master's degree is preferred with three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Child Welfare staff and programs.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and health service regulations.
• Track data and generate reports to evaluate program performance.
• Recruit and train foster families; oversee parenting time visits.
