Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Chemist to independently perform analytical testing in accordance with defined standards. You will mentor staff, coordinate project work, and drive data accuracy and process improvements in the laboratory.

You will develop and revise lab methods, manage equipment readiness, and contribute to documentation and investigations while maintaining regulatory compliance and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field with 5+ years in analytical labs.
• Experience developing and maintaining laboratory documents and systems.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing on diverse materials following defined methods.
• Prepare standards, reagents, and manage inventory and documentation.
• Set up equipment, calibrate, and maintain instruments as assigned.
• Collect data, ensure accuracy, escalate anomalies for investigation.
• Lead method development, document review, and non-routine testing.
• Mentor staff and support lab readiness and safety.
