Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Scientist - Chemist to join FEMA’s CBRN Threat Intelligence Team. The role involves applying chemical expertise to open source and classified reporting and supporting intelligence analysts with assessments and product integration.

The senior chemist will develop and present analyses on how chemicals could be used by nefarious actors, contributing to national security efforts with formal reports and briefings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical reporting and briefings.
• Ability to synthesize complex chemical information for intelligence products.
• Experience writing and editing scientific documents and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and analysis of chemical agents and threats for open source and classified reporting.
• Produce or contribute to formal products such as white papers, intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations.
