This role reports into our KitPackers (KPRL) Division located in Germantown, WI. The ideal candidate will be able to work on-site at our facility in Germantown.

You will lead interactions with internal and external customers to generate technical design plans and complete raw material qualifications, validate properties of new products, reformulate and support current products with high complexity and new product development. You will also provide advanced-level technical support and troubleshoot a variety of technical products.

5+ years of professional related work experience.
Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field is required; Master’s Degree in Chemistry or related field is preferred.
