Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems in Hampton, AR, is seeking an engineer to perform the operation of chemical plant equipment and processes. Responsibilities

• Designs process flows and equipment layout for new or revised chemical process operations.
• Plans sequence of operations and specifies procedures for preparing materials and operating equipment.
• Determines process design by balancing cost, yield, safety, and waste considerations.
• Conducts tests to control variables and troubleshoot problems.
• May influence others within the job area through explanations of policies and practices.
