A leading manufacturer of high-reliability printed circuit boards is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee engineering considerations in the Plating and Wet Process departments. The position requires strong knowledge in chemical processes and the ability to lead quality and efficiency initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or 3-5 Years related experience in Process Engineering, or in a PCB manufacturing.
- Proven experience in chemical process engineering, preferably in the PCB manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes such as etching, plating, and surface treatment.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and environmental regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CAD tools and process simulation software is a plus.
