Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer Professional Associate in Moon Township, PA for a 6-month contract to start, with potential extensions. The role focuses on evaluating work, maintaining high engineering standards, and ensuring alignment with scope, budget and schedule.

You will review process designs, validate calculations, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with a multi-discipline team across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or similar engineering degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in chemical process engineering on facilities designs in advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical or oil & gas.
• At least one year of semiconductor experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform conceptual and detailed design for advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Use best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex engineering problems.
• Perform technical validation of calculations, specifications, and design assumptions to ensure consistency and defensibility of engineering work products.
• Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on basic engineering applications and principles.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and attention to detail to uphold high engineering standards across all projects.
• Bring curiosity, multi-tasking and collaboration, and strong communication to help the team grow and make an impact.
