Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering with a focus on process optimization and analysis.
• Proven expertise in process modeling, simulation, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with safety and environmental regulations relevant to chemical processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing chemical processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies, including modifying operating conditions, equipment, or materials.
• Utilize process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) to model and predict process behavior.
• Design and conduct pilot studies or experiments to validate optimization strategies.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
