Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 5+ years experience in CDU/VDU or Hydroprocessing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present and work with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in R&D technology improvement projects and drive improvements.
• Support new unit startups from pre-commissioning through acceptance.
• Provide office-based and on-site troubleshooting to commercial units.
• Prepare operating manuals, process technology manuals and training materials.
• Publish MOIs for processes within responsibility as opportunities arise.
• Pursue Six Sigma Green Belt certification and apply tools to projects.
• Contribute to Technical Symposiums and Sales Meetings.
