The role involves project planning, R&D, calibration, and mentoring junior engineers, with emphasis on delivering robust manufacturing solutions and ensuring safety and compliance in all activities.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Engineering BS or Physics BS.
• Six or more years of relevant engineering/analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project resources to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Conduct R&D experiments to resolve complex engineering problems.
• Write technical reports and incorporate findings into specifications.
• Estimate setup times, production costs, and prepare delivery quotes and reports.
• Lead and mentor Engineer I/II on test processes.
• Ensure safe and compliant operations per HS&E requirements.
