Tecomet seeks a Chemical/Process Engineer to lead design, development, and optimization of photochemical machining processes. You will integrate photolithography, acid chemistry, and metallurgy to deliver burr-free, biologically qualified micro-features for life-critical medical devices.
Responsibilities include establishing chemical process controls, troubleshooting, CAD tool creation, and drafting IQ/OQ/PQ protocols while ensuring ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 compliance.
This position will play a key leadership role in the design, development, and optimization of industrial processes to turn raw materials into valuable products. You will combine your expertise in photolithography, acid chemistry, and metallurgy to deliver burr-free, stress-free micro-features that meet the stringent dimensional and biological requirements of life-critical medical devices. This role will include working with the operations, scheduling, customer service, and quality functions to successfully deliver orders on time while meeting quality and financial goals
