Job summary

Absolics Inc. in Covington, GA is seeking a Photo Engineer on the Product Technology Team to lead lithography and photo resist processes, aiming to improve yield and device performance.

You will apply physics and optics knowledge to set up and optimize exposure and resist conditions. The role requires collaboration across engineering groups, DOE execution, and data-driven SPC tasks, with responsibilities including process standardization, recipe SOPs, and root-cause analysis to meet customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Optics, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Eng, Physics.
• Experience with deposition, lithography, dry etch, plasma drill and thin films and metrology.
• Familiar with semiconductor integration processes.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Semiconductor fabrication experience or education required.

Duties/Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Optic, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplines


• Experience with module processes such as deposition, lithography, dry etch, plasma drill and thin films and metrology


• Familiar with semiconductor integration processes


• Effective organizational, interpersonal, and strong communication skills are required


• Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


• semi-conductor fabrication experience or education is required

Qualification

• Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meeting commitments


• Ability to learn and pick up new technologies very quickly


• Highly motivated, driven & hard working

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

Experience

• 1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT & Quick Etching preferred but not required

Salary

• $70,000 - $80,000
