A global leader in technology services is seeking a Channel Sales Manager based in Nevada, Iowa. The successful candidate will represent the Americas in the Global Data Center Division, develop execution plans, and manage client relationships. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with fluency in both Japanese and English. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Represent the Americas business interests within the employer's Global Data Center Division
  • Develop and manage execution of U.S. action plans in coordination with international teams
  • Generate sales pipeline and upsell opportunities from existing U.S. client base
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to mitigate potential service issues
  • Mentor and guide other Channel Sales team members to ensure consistent processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales, Channel, and/or Business Development experience within a multinational organization
  • Proven experience in driving alignment across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth
  • Strong sales orientation with experience in developing and securing solution sales
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Prior direct or channel sales management experience
  • Good working knowledge of international best practices in sales management
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams for better efficiency and integration
  • Experience working with clients to create client-oriented solutions and services
  • Familiarity with a variety of Channels concepts and procedures
