What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Represent the Americas business interests within the employer's Global Data Center Division
- Develop strategy and manage execution of U.S. action plans in coordination with international teams
- Generate sales pipeline and upsell opportunities from the existing U.S. client base
- Collaborate with regional Operations and Sales teams to foresee and avoid potential service issues
- Mentor and guide Channel Sales team members to ensure consistent processes and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of Sales, Channel, and/or Business Development experience within a multi-national organization
- Proven experience in driving alignment to a common vision and working across multiple stakeholders
- Strong sales orientation with experience in creating client-oriented solutions and services
- Fluent in Japanese and English
