What to Expect (Responsibilities)
  • Represent the Americas business interests within the Global Data Center Division.
  • Develop strategy and manage execution of U.S. action plans in coordination with global teams.
  • Generate sales pipeline and upsell opportunities from the existing U.S. client base.
  • Collaborate with regional Operations and Sales teams to prevent potential service issues.
  • Maintain detailed records, reports, and customer data while mentoring other Channel Sales team members.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • At least 5 years of Sales, Channel, and/or Business Development experience within a multi-national organization.
  • Proven experience in driving alignment to a common vision and achieving sales growth.
  • Strong sales orientation with experience in creating client-oriented solutions and services.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior direct or channel sales and management/coordinating experience.
  • Good working knowledge of international best practices in sales management disciplines.
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams to improve efficiency and integration.
  • Experience in developing and securing solution sales across a broad portfolio.
