What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Represent the Americas business interests within the NTT Global Data Center Division
- Develop strategies and manage execution of U.S. action plans in collaboration with international teams
- Generate sales pipeline and upsell opportunities from the existing U.S. client base
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Japanese Global Account Managed opportunities
- Mentor and guide other Channel Sales team members to ensure consistent processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 5 years of sales, channel, and/or business development experience within a multinational organization
- Proven experience in driving alignment to a common vision and achieving sales growth
- Strong sales orientation with experience in developing client-oriented solutions
- Fluent in Japanese and English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior direct or channel sales and management/coordinating experience
- Good working knowledge of international best practices in sales management disciplines
- Ability to establish and manage processes through collaboration
- Experience in developing and securing solution sales across a broad portfolio
- Excellent relationship development and management skills
