What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Represent the Americas business interests within the Global Data Center Division
  • Develop and execute U.S. action plans in coordination with international teams
  • Generate sales pipeline and upsell opportunities from the existing U.S. client base
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with Japanese Global Account Managed opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records and reports while mentoring Channel Sales team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 5 years of sales, channel, and/or business development experience within a multi-national organization
  • Proven experience in driving alignment and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth
  • Strong sales orientation with experience in creating client-oriented solutions
  • Fluency in Japanese and English

  • Prior direct or channel sales management experience
  • Good working knowledge of international best practices in sales management
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams for better efficiency and integration
  • Experience in developing and securing solution sales across a broad portfolio
