What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Represent the Americas business interests within the Global Data Center Division
- Develop and execute U.S. action plans in coordination with international teams
- Generate sales pipeline and upsell opportunities from the existing U.S. client base
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Japanese Global Account Managed opportunities
- Maintain detailed records and reports while mentoring Channel Sales team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 5 years of sales, channel, and/or business development experience within a multi-national organization
- Proven experience in driving alignment and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth
- Strong sales orientation with experience in creating client-oriented solutions
- Fluency in Japanese and English

- Prior direct or channel sales management experience
- Good working knowledge of international best practices in sales management
- Ability to coach and mentor teams for better efficiency and integration
- Experience in developing and securing solution sales across a broad portfolio
