• You are commercially mature and comfortable operating in autonomous, independent, and performance-driven income structures
• You are exploring flexible or portfolio career models
• You have some exposure to growth targets, business development, or performance accountability
• You desire to use AI platforms to optimise your efficiencies and work outputs
• You are creative, like challenging the status quo, are resilient, and have an adaptive and open minded attitude
• You believe that the traditional way of enabling change may no longer be fit for purpose
